As an important equipment for glass deep processing,the glass edging machine requires proper maintenance of the machinery in order to extend its service life.
1、When using the water tank to supply circulating water,please replace the processing water after processing every day to avoid clogging of the water pipe caused by dirt in the water tank.
2、When changing water,please unplug the power plug first,then take out the water tank,pour out the wastewater,and clean the powder and scale inside the water tank and filter screen.
3、Clean the water spray nozzle.Once the nozzle is blocked,the amount of water decreases or there is no water,resulting in reduced processing capacity or even inability to work.When cleaning the spray nozzle,please unplug the nozzle and use a fine needle to remove any blockages inside the nozzle.
4、Cleaning the waterproof cover of the edge grinding machine,working for a long time,can cause the cutting dust of the lens to adhere to the waterproof cover.If not cleaned in time,the cutting dust will solidify and be difficult to remove.This affects the observation line of sight.After processing every day,please clean with a brush and a water spray container.
5、Cleaning the grinding chamber and long-term processing can cause cutting dust to adhere to the clamping shaft,chuck,and grinding chamber walls.If not removed in time,it can scratch the lens and cause wear on the sealing ring of the clamping shaft,leading to water ingress into the machine head.There are two cleaning methods as follows
(1)Clean directly with a brush and a water spray container.
(2)Enter machine cleaning mode for cleaning.This method can also clean the internal water supply pipeline of the machine.
6、Clean the outer shell of the edging machine and scanner.After using the machine every day,it must be cleaned immediately.If left for a few days before cleaning,the cutting powder will solidify on the casing and be difficult to remove.Please clean the outer shell with a soft cloth dipped in neutral cleaning agent.
7、Trim the grinding wheel.When the grinding wheel becomes dull,the processing time becomes longer.To restore the performance of the grinding wheel,it should be repaired in a timely manner(approximately after grinding 1000 glass pieces).
