1.Before cleaning the glass,clean the water in the water tank of the cleaning machine and the dirt on the filter,and add tap water.If cleaning the coated glass,replace it with pure deionized water;
2.Check if the air path is unobstructed,turn on the power switch and adjust the thickness of the cleaning machine to match the thickness of the glass to be cleaned;
3.Turn on the power supply of the water pump,check if each spray pipe is unobstructed,and if it is not,promptly unblock it;
4.Before washing glass,it is necessary to check whether the glass to be cleaned matches the frame.For sizes exceeding 3m in length and 2m in height,a large L frame should be used.For sizes exceeding 0.5m in width,it is not allowed to place two layers to prevent safety accidents;
5.Cleaning specification 300m×When loading glass between 300m,the corner should be dropped and placed on the loading table to prevent the glass from being stuck under the wind blade or blocked by a brush,causing damage to the glass.If the size is lower than this,it is not allowed to be cleaned by a cleaning machine;
6.When loading,it should be noted that the position of the glass should not exceed the two end faces of the rubber wheel;
7.The cleaning personnel should carefully inspect the quality of the glass under the fluorescent lamp to ensure that it is clean.If there is any glass that exceeds the standard or is not qualified,it should be promptly picked out and told to the on duty shift leader to prevent batch quality accidents from occurring;
8.Glass with slightly smaller specifications should be placed in the middle of the shelf.Glass with slightly disordered specifications should be placed neatly at one end,and glass with hollow specifications should be placed in order.If laminated glass is used,it should be paired with lower pieces;
9.When cleaning coated glass,the film should be facing upwards,and a hard bristled brush should be raised pneumatically.The person taking down the glass should wear clean gloves.When taking down the shelf,the first film layer should be facing outward,and the last film layer should be facing inward.PE soft film should be used for 100%isolation between the two pieces of glass;
10.Continuously observe whether the water tank is short of water and replenish it in a timely manner when cleaning the glass;
11.The cleaned glass should be promptly transferred to the next process to maintain cleanliness and tidiness on site.
